Located in the historic Gaslight District of San Diego, this restaurant for Top Chef veteran Brian Malarkey adopted the theme "Urban Cowboy" to express the vintage Americana atmosphere. Cowhides, rough wood tables, chandeliers made of strung rope, an open stainless-clad kitchen and neon signs spelling "Eat" all evoke the old west as well as mid-century diner culture. The casually elegant vibe has helped Searsucker be voted by Open Table as the #2 most popular restaurant in the U.S.
